I started training with Coach Domi last January and I had been losing a kilo every week since then. Click here for my first post about him highlighting my first month under his fitness program.
Because of the good results that I had been seeing, I thought of creating a follow up post on that one, but highlighting this time why I believe Coach Domi is the perfect fitness trainer for me and, most probably, for you, too.
At first, I was hesitant to get a personal trainer. I was never the kind of person who enjoyed working out or would commit to a steady routine. But, then, I decided to give Coach Domi a try and I’m more than happy and proud to say that it has been one of the best decisions that I’ve made in my life.
Coach Domi is an excellent motivator and he challenges me to always strive to push my personal boundaries to new heights. He has tailored my workout to my personal needs via understanding my fitness and health goals first. He is also very knowledgeable in his field and he has a holistic approach in incorporating endurance, posture, balance, strength and flexibility in the fitness program that he has designed for me. He ensures that I’m doing correctly the exercises that he teaches me while reinforcing the benefits of each physical activity. At the same time, he has also constantly been providing me advice on how to have a healthy eating regimen and he has been motivating me to always eat healthy.
The results have been significant so far. It has only been almost four months now and I know that I still have a long way to go but I feel that I am in a better shape than I have ever been. I am now quite leaner, more toned and a little fitter than before that even my friends and colleagues have noted the difference! I’m also now able to touch my toes and wear my old clothes again.
Workwise, Coach Domi is a very qualified trainer. He has always been on time and he has also always been a professional. He truly always keeps me looking forward to our next sessions.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Coach Domi to anyone who is looking to improve their health and achieve their fitness goals.
