Kettle + Wicked + Lapid's Chicharon (LOLZ!)

Back when I still wasn't on my Balik Alindog Program, I used to eat A LOT whenever I dined out with my mum and aunts. Like this one over here at Kettle in Shangri-La Plaza. I had that Australian lamb adobo and that miso glazed salmon.

I couldn't even describe how delectable those dishes were! Most especially the salmon. The Australian lamb adobo was ok, too. It's just exactly what I had expected it to be. Very tender and not so much fat. But the salmon was the one that took my heart away.

My mum just had a salad. Teehee!
Beside Kettle was this cakes and pastries shop called Wicked. We got intrigued by its name so we paid it a visit. And, lo and behold....
It's really wicked! Wickedly sinful!
This is heaven for all those who love cakes and pastries. I did love cakes and pastries before. Did. It's just that I'm really trying to stick to my diet right now so I'm doing my best to avoid these as of the moment. Plus, I don't wanna piss off my trainer. I love him to pieces.
My mum also got excited upon seeing those cakes and pastries and these cute cupcakes over here.
She decided to try each and every single one of 'em.
Including those revel bars for my brother.
Don't ask why my mum keeps her money in an envelope. LOLZ!
I was also more than excited to bring these home and try each one.
The Wicked staff also gave us free coffee. We gave both of them to the guards at the parking area.
Going home, we passed by White Plains to buy Lapid's Chicharon. Haha! I'm really gonna die young.
I can die now....
This cute caramel cake over here is my personal Wicked favorite.

Both Kettle and Wicked are located at Level 5, East Wing, Shangri-La Plaza, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.

Lapid's Chicharon is located at Lapid Foods Bldg. II, 16 Katipunan Ave., White Plains, Quezon City.

Who is that "gay" I see staring straight back at me...?

Why is my reflection someone I don't know?

Must I pretend that I'm someone else for all time?

When will my reflection show...who I am inside?
