My "50 Shades Manila" experience (plus meeting "Jon Snow" in the flesh)

I went to work last Saturday afternoon and after that I went with my friend Monica to see this musical play that's really the talk-of-the-town these past few weeks....

50 Shades The Musical Parody Manila!!!

All I can say is....

It's undoubtedly hot, sexy, downright funny and quite unapologetic. Teehee!

It ran for a good 69 minutes (no pun intended, it really did) and there were a few scenes which also somehow titillated my inner goddess. Like a bit of a butt exposure from one of the male dancers. Ahihihi! Loved it!!!

The two male dancers were just so hot. Oh, dear. As in swear. Super. I was heavily crushing on the guy playing Elliot (Chris Hodgson). He's tall. Very hunky. Looked kinda rugged. And had six-pack abs. Six. Pack. Abs. Need I say more? CHOZ!

Anyhow, here are some photos from the show that I got from the 50 Shades Manila Facebook page.

The guy kneeling down is Jose played by George Schulze aka Jon Snow aka Kit Harington. Teehee! LOLZ! Scroll down to find out why.
This scene reminded me of "Les Miserables."
And this one reminded me of "Mama Mia."
I wasn't able to take photos during the show because it was prohibited (of course). But I must tell you that both Greg Kata and Brenna Wahl were just more than brilliant! But I must say (again) that I was also crushing on Chris Hodgson, Isaac Saleh and George Schulze the entire night. In that order CHOZ!
That's me. LOLZ!
And that's my friend, Monica.
And this is me with Jose played by George Schulze aka Jon Snow aka Kit Harington. Ahihihihi! The resemblance is just so strong, right? He's freakin' talented and funny, too. I loved his voice and the way he played with it during his performance. You must watch the remaining shows for you to find out. And, yes, he's also really very nice in person and very accommodating. Thank you again, George!

I'm looking forward to watching the show again on the 20th. I hope I'll still be able to get a meet and greet opportunity. And I hope that my schedule also permits.

Please do watch it, too! It's a perfect stress reliever. Prepare to laugh your hearts out!

The outrageously raunchy and sexy musical parody based on E.L. James' best-selling novel was originally slated to run only until March 1. But due to the tremendous reception it enjoyed, 50 Shades! The Musical Parody has been extended until March 20, 2016.

"We were eager and optimistic about bringing the show here to Manila but did not expect that the turnout would be this good and the following would be as strong as it has become right now,” declares Vivre Fort Entertainment President and CEO Gio Bulanadi. “We have decided to open additional show dates and extend the run until March 20 so that more people can experience, have fun, and enjoy 50 Shades! The Musical Parody."

50 Shades! The Musical Parody is presented by Vivre Fort Entertainment and 9 Works Theatrical in cooperation with Star World, FOX, FOX Filipino, ePLUS Tap to Pay, David’s Salon, Fitness First, Victoria Court, MAC Cosmetics, ABS-CBN, MYX, Lifestyle Channel, Jeepney TV, Cinema One, Philippine Star, Philippine Daily Inquirer, Home Radio 97.9, Mellow 94.7, 106.7 Energy FM, Luna Films, Felicity Images, and Philippine Entertainment Portal.

Tickets to the show, now extended until March 20, are available via Ticketworld, TicketNet, and SM Tickets. For more information, visit www.50shadesmanila.com or call (02) 470 6956.

Who is that "gay" I see staring straight back at me...?

Why is my reflection someone I don't know?

Must I pretend that I'm someone else for all time?

When will my reflection show...who I am inside?
