I promise to watch over my health

I read that quote on Facebook the other night and it really hit my senses so hard. So hard that it made me realize a lot of things: from my aspirations in life, to the goals and dreams that I have for my family and for myself, to my plans for my future, including all those other stuff that I wanna achieve throughout my lifetime.

Like most people, I’m really so much of a dreamer. But I just don’t stop with that…with dreaming. I make sure that I work hard in order to achieve those dreams.

Though, lately I just happened to realize that I was somewhat forgetting something while I was busy pursuing my goals in life. I forgot about myself. I forgot about my health.

I only realized this when I was looking at some of my old photos on Facebook that were dated more than 5 to 6 years ago. I was like…WHAT HAPPENED? What happened to me? LOLZ!

I gained so much weight. I became obese. I think I kinda aged rapidly. I look more stressed out now as well. More tired. Kinda restless.

I also realized that I was also becoming very sickly month after month: from simple colds to some mild cough and even some slight fever.

Again…what was happening to me? I’ve been very busy in trying to make myself successful, in trying to live a good life, in trying to achieve so many things all at the same time…that I somewhat forgot about “myself” as a whole.

Why am I thinking about all these things? You might ask. Well…it’s simple. I think…I’m….

I think I’m in love again. CHOZ!!! Teehee!

I dunno. I guess if you’re really in love you tend to think about lotsa things in your life, like you wanna be better for that person or you want that person to admire you, too. In my case, well, I know he’s never gonna like me. He’s chinito and he’s straight and I think we’re just friends so I should probably be good with that. But, nonetheless, I want to “better” myself for him. NAKS! Ahihihihihi!

Ok. I wanna be more beautiful for him. LOLZ! But, seriously…I really do.

So starting today, I will try to:


Exercise daily. As in daily. 30 minutes every single day. I dunno if it can really help me lose weight but I know at least somehow it can make a some sort of difference. Yes, Fitness First Platinum RCBC…I’ll visit you again next week! Should I hire a hunky, chinito trainer again? LOLZ!


Over-eating. GOSH! I’m guilty of this one. I should really try to avoid doing this. Everyday I’ll make sure to consume only: 1 cup of coffee, 2 cups of rice, more greens and less of the sweet, salty and sour ones. I drink milk every night so I think I should continue doing that. Plus, perhaps in the near future I’ll try to consult with a bona fide dietitian or nutritionist in order to further regulate my meal intake. Whatchathink?


I just saw this online. CIRCULAN®. I’m not only doing this for my crush, I’m also doing this for my family. I wanna be there for them when they get older. I’ll definitely be the one to take good care of them when that time comes.
