Red Kimono dinner (at The Fort Strip)

photo from Red Kimono

October 25, 2011

It was my first time to eat at Red Kimono last week and I really did enjoy it.

My friend Bella and I were arrived at Prive at exactly 7PM. We were "supposed" to attend this event and it said in the invitation that it would start at 7PM. Mind you, we were so on time.

But, the ladies at the registration told us to come back at a later time since the people inside were still busy with the preparations. And that they also "would start on time, at exactly 7PM."

Bella and I both looked at our watches. It was already past 7:05PM. LOLZ! I didn't argue with them anymore. I just asked my friend if she wanted to have some quick dinner and she said yes.

So...off we went to Red Kimono.

I dunno why but almost all the restos that I know use white square plates.
I'm not sure if I'm correct but that some sort of chandelier up there is actually made of paper. Just correct me if I'm wrong.
We were the only customers inside. To think that it was already past 7PM.
I wasn't able to try these desserts because I was not feeling well at that time. Just my luck.
But, anyway....
Whenever I would eat at Teriyaki Boy, I would always order my favorite Katsudon. So, guess what I ordered at Red Kimono? Of course, Katsudon. Teehee! And, swear...this one was just so yummy!
While Bella had this Chicken Teriyaki Bento. She had a hard time finishing this up. It was just so plenty and heavy on the tummy. I didn't help her, though. LOLZ!

It was a good decision that Bella and I had dinner at Red Kimono first before we attended that event at Prive since only cocktails and drinks were served there.

Would I be coming back to Red Kimono again? Hmmm...definitely. Would I be coming back to The Fort Strip? That I'm not sure. I'm a Makati Girl.

Who is that "gay" I see staring straight back at me...?

Why is my reflection someone I don't know?

Must I pretend that I'm someone else for all time?

When will my reflection show...who I am inside?
