PLDT myDSL’s Internet to Sawa TRANSFORMS my Internet experience from "impressing" to "expressing"

June 22, 2011

I think you can relate this to one's ability to converse using the English laguage. "English is used to express and not to impress."

In the same way, blogging is not so much about "impressing." It's really about "expressing."

Our family have been a "solid" PLDT customer for almost 2 decades now. PLDT never failed us. Though, there were some trying and difficult situations between our family and PLDT, still, the latter proved that "customers come first."

Though, sometimes, their action isn't just really that prompt. Teehee! But, that's fine. What's important is that they still attend to our concerns.

When I was still studying, having a reliable Internet connection in our house had proven to be really helpful. We're PLDT myDSL subscribers. I used the Internet whenever I would do some research work or projects. I would impress my my teachers and my classmates with the tons of information that I would be able to gather for group and individual presentations.

I would also sometimes submit a 1-inch thick research paper for our Science class, all with the help of the Internet.

But, back then, my capability to use the internet was just very limited. I would only be able to surf the Internet for a very limited period of time. There was more to the Internet than just for research work and stuff, IMO. Nowadys, you could connect with people all over the world via Facebook, emails, IMs and much more. You could post photos of yourself and your experiences online and share it with your friends, family and even the whole world. You could get updates from you favorite celebrities and other well-known personalities via Twitter or their own personal blogs. You can even watch videos online via YouTube or even become an instant online sensation yourself.

In short, the Internet is there not just to "impress" people but also to "express" yourself to everyone. Though, I know, the very term "expression" has its limitations as well, but, since this is a blog post and not a reflection paper I'm just going to reserve those for you to do your own research. CHOZ!

With PLDT myDSL's Internet to Sawa...you could do all those stuff non-stop. NON-STOP! But, of course, I guess you're old enough to know that spending the whole day surfing the net isn't healthful as well. Right? Just have some discipline.

But, nonetheless, what's important is that our Internet experience will become even more awesome! PLDT will be upgrading our network starting this June. And what does this mean? Well...nothing much. Just a FREE AND UNLIMITED SPEED BOOST OF UP TO 5MBPS from your previous 3MBS. Imagine that!

Streaming, downloading, and online gaming all you want...but...remember...DISCIPLINE. OK? Teehee!

Anyway, PLDT myDSL doesn't stop there. You will also get Watchpad with even more exclusive content and a one (1) year of free PLDT to PLDT NDD calls. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. And another uh-huh.

Visit www.myworldmydsl.com for more information or call 171 to confirm your subscripstion today!

As for me...well....

I've been blogging since 2007. Back then, I would only blog about my crushes in school...my crushes in the office...my crushes...yeah. That's just basically it. LOLZ! Just my crushes! My blog back then was even called "VinVin's Heaven" because almost every blog post had something to do with boys...boys...and more boys. Teehee! And, if you know me personally, boys to me are...uhmmm...heaven? CHAROTZZZ!

But, now, thanks to my "unlimited" and "uninterrupted" Internet experience courtesy of PLDT myDSL, I have transcended to a much wider picture of blogging. I don't just restrict myself to just blogging about myself, my favorite movies, celebrities, restaurants, and the like. I now actually blog about everything and anything under the sun. I get to influence people from time to time on what to buy, what's new, what's hot (Boys? CHOZ!) and what's not. I get to attend events, movie premieres, press conferences and even a few concerts for free. And, lastly, I think what's really more important is that I get to reach out to the younger "bekis" (homosexuals) to really embrace themselves as who they are. Sweetness much. (^_^)

My life has certainly transformed from being an ordinary blogger to a gay Internet Bloglebrity. CHAROTZZZ much!

From simply "impressing" to "expressing" indeed.

Find me on Facebook or follow me on Twitter. Teehee!

Who is that "gay" I see staring straight back at me...?

Why is my reflection someone I don't know?

Must I pretend that I'm someone else for all time?

When will my reflection show...who I am inside?
