Mechanics:
1. This promo is open to all female Cosmo readers, aged 18-24 years old, currently in college/university and/or working/college graduate, single, and a Metro Manila resident.
2. To join, purchase P5,000 minimum worth of GUESS products on a single receipt and write your complete name, birth date, gender, complete home address, e-mail address, mobile number, landline number, and signature at the back of the receipt. Enclose your entry and all requirements in an envelope, with subject heading WIN A DATE WITH A COSMO HUNK – PRESENTED BY GUESS on the front.
3. To add spice to your entry requirement, complete mechanic number 2 as you catch selected Cosmo Hunks in three (3) participating GUESS stores in Trinoma, SM Mall of Asia, and SM Megamall on September 11, 18, and 25. Pose with them any which way you want to—just make sure it’s eye-catching, fun and fearless! Please note, this is just an optional step. As long as you comply with all the requirements and are able to drop off your entries as noted in mechanic no. 4, your entry will be counted.
4. Entries will be accepted from September 1 until September 30, 2010, 11:59 P.M, as long as they are dropped off in drop boxes located at the GUESS stores (Trinoma, Mall of Asia, and Megamall) during this promo period.
5. All entries must be in by September 30, 2010, 11:59 PM. GUESS staff and Cosmo editors will manually draw one winner from the pool of all entries in the presence of a DTI representative on October 4, 2010, 2:00 PM. The determination of the winner will be held at the 7/F Summit Media office, Cybergate Tower 3, Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550 on the date mentioned in this item.
6. One winner will be notified ASAP after determination and confirmation, via email, SMS, and registered mail by October 5, 2010.
7. One winner gets a dinner date with FABIO IDE, which includes a free makeover, styling, makeup, clothes, and other date essentials from GUESS. Winner agrees to abide by the schedule set by Cosmo and GUESS. Prizes will be awarded upon confirmation of the winner contingent to her schedule and schedule of the Cosmo Hunk for the date. This prize is transferable (must be female). Winner will be awarded her prizes at the Summit Media office, 7/F Cybergate Tower 3, Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City.
