Renewing my passport at the new DFA

I was trying to be independent. I was the one who personally applied for my passport's renewal. I didn't ask for any help from my Mama. And I didn't employ the services of a travel agency.

I just booked online for an appointment via http://www.dfa.gov.ph/. I went to the new DFA office along Roxas Blvd. (very near MOA) and showed up on time for my appointment. I had my papers checked, paid P950 (P1,200 for expedite, but, I wasn't in any hurry, anyway), had my picture taken and my info inputted into their system, and paid P100 to 2GO courier service to have my passport delivered right into my doorstep 14 working days after. That easy!

They had such a very efficient service. I commend this institution.

And the people were really very friendly!

And then I went to MOA to relax for a few minutes, while my drivers were having some good time themselves @ McDonald's. Har! Har! Har!

I just do hope everything would be just fine. I'm quite excited to get my passport already. As you know, Dyosa and I have some "plans" lately. And our deadline is at the end of this month.
