I had the chance to see SM Rosales in Pangasinan when we went to the province last week. It wasn't open, yet. A lot of people were still doing some cleaning up.
Guess that terrible flood really devastated the whole area.
I'm wishing all the best for the people there. Especially now that Christmas is just over a month away.
